Coach Selas is an AI-powered coaching app designed to help team managers improve 1:1 meetings through insights and feedback.

During the free trial, you may access the core features of the platform for evaluation purposes. We reserve the right to limit or change trial features at any time.

Access to the full version of the product requires a paid subscription, which will be subject to separate commercial terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or tamper with the Service or AI models
• Use the Service to process personal data you don't have the right to handle
• Disrupt or interfere with other users or system performance

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Coach Selas website and within the Service—including logos, visuals, copy, product features, and underlying code—is owned by HighTide Foundry or licensed appropriately.

6. Trial and Subscription

• A 1-week free trial is available for new users.
• No credit card is required during the trial (unless explicitly stated).
• After the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription.
• We will inform you before the trial ends and offer a clear upgrade option.

If you upgrade, separate subscription terms will apply, including pricing and billing.

• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to €100 or the amount paid to us in the 3 months prior to the incident (whichever is greater)

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
